Supporting Asda colleagues and their families experiencing financial difficulty.

The Asda Foundation Colleague Hardship Programme gives Asda colleagues access to additional support they need, when they need it.

Granted on a case-by-case basis, the Colleague Hardship Programme supports Asda colleagues who find themselves in circumstances that trigger financial difficulty. Support is available for Asda colleagues and each application is treated individually and on its own merit.
